These Regulations set out the rules for using the www.sailwith.pro portal, a platform connecting skippers, sailing schools and persons seeking offers of cruises, trainings and sailing camps.
The user undertakes to provide accurate data during registration. An account may have a skipper profile, sailing school profile or both. The user is responsible for content published on the portal.
Offers of cruises, trainings and camps may be published only by verified users. The administrator reserves the right to moderate and remove offers that violate the regulations or good practices. Camp offers require approval by the administrator.
The portal enables contact between users. It is prohibited to use contact data for purposes contrary to the regulations, spamming or unfair competition.
The portal acts as an intermediary – it is not responsible for the content of offers or for the performance of contracts concluded between users. Sellers are responsible for the quality of their services.
The administrator may amend the regulations. Users will be notified of material changes by e-mail. Continued use of the portal after the amendments come into force constitutes acceptance thereof.
